Marketing and PR Strategist

Talent Guardian is seeking a Marketing and PR Strategist to partner with an innovative brand. This exciting role covers marketing, PR, events, graphic design, and communications. You'll work with national and independent retailers, drive impactful campaigns, plan dynamic events, and shape the brand's communication strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
Implementing a marketing calendar aligned with product launches, retailer partnerships, and seasonal promotions.
Partnering with retailers to create and execute marketing plans, securing digital, in-store, and social media opportunities.
Providing marketing support to independent retailers and Brand Ambassadors; managing creative assets and bi-monthly newsletters.
Designing custom digital assets (web banners, social posts, brand pages) using Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance; assisting the PR team with media monitoring and distributing content to key press contacts.
Writing compelling copy for blogs, websites, and press releases, ensuring brand tone consistency.
Enhancing internal communications via newsletters and planning company events like quarterly socials.
Overseeing budget management to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a marketing and/or PR role, ideally in retail or B2C environments, and proficiency in graphic design, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva. Analytical and commercially savvy, with a talent for managing budgets, and confidence on camera to support the brand's expansion on TikTok.
