About the Role

As a Security Officer with OCS Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. This includes patrolling malls, service areas, service decks, car parks, and retail parks, as well as advising tenants on management regulations and maintaining fire and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect crime and maintain a safe environment
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any issues to management
* Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of security experience preferred
* Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
* Strong communication and customer service skills
