Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • C Coordinate with the Facilities Team to ensure a high-quality facilities service is provided.
  • Liaise with external contractors on work required beyond the scope of general maintenance.
  • Advise staff members on plant machinery and equipment safety and maintenance.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained, used, and stored correctly and safely.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Travel to sites or suppliers to carry out role responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified in maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
