About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Furniture at our Ashchurch showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-growing, independent furniture retailer.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Contribute to the achievement of team and store goals, including sales performance, customer service ratings, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in furniture sales
