Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's planned maintenance division in Crawley. As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and direct operatives, leading the site team, and ensuring the delivery of works to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of sub-contractors and direct operatives
  • Leading the site team to achieve production targets
  • Managing delivery of works to specification
  • Pre and post-inspections
  • Health and safety and quality checks

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record of managing and delivering planned maintenance, and experience in retro-fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, and ground pumps.

Requirements:

  • CSCS card - Supervisor/Manager/Professionally qualified person
  • SMSTS Award
  • GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of industry H&S
