Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
  • Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Catering experience
