As a Financial Systems Lead at MorePeople, you will play a key role in driving consistency, standardisation, and innovation across all pillars of the business.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Grower Returns outputs, meeting both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
- Analyse and troubleshoot system errors, maintaining accurate master data and resolving Grower Returns issues efficiently.
- Design and deliver insightful reports to monitor key metrics, supporting reconciliation of returns data and financials.
- Degree in Accounting or related field, with part or full professional qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial systems and Data Warehouses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with advanced Excel skills.
