About the Role

Murray McIntosh Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage IT software and systems for bespoke applications, video and audio systems, and Windows OS.
  • Design and implement IP video and audio systems, ensuring strong IP protocols and networking principles are applied.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS components, including active directory, file sharing, clustering, GPO, and performance monitoring.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including switches and routers.
  • Develop expertise in cloud technologies, server virtualization concepts, and SQL databases.
  • Collaborate with the project team to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in configuring bespoke IT software and IP video and audio systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IP protocols and networking principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and passport.
