  • Manage office supplies, maintain files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with university policies, federal regulations, and Title III requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a university or similar setting, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office), desktop publishing (Adobe), and communications tools (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
  • Familiarity with student application platforms, content management systems, and eLearning platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to establish priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
