The ideal candidate will have successful teaching experience at the secondary level, hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in English, and possess an enhanced DBS certificate. They will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, participating in curriculum planning, and contributing to the school's academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Planning and Development: Design and implement effective lesson plans, aligning content with departmental goals and contributing to the school's academic vision.
  2. Quality Assurance: Participate in evaluating and improving teaching practices, ensuring high standards for staff and students.

Salary and Benefits:
