Senior Kitchen Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our senior kitchen brigade, supervising the kitchen, organizing the workload, and delegating tasks to junior chefs. You will have gained your skills in a similar environment and use your expertise to demonstrate innovation and support with menu design. Your ability to work under pressure, lead by example, and motivate the team will be essential in driving our culinary success.
Requirements:
- Professional Cookery qualification to Level 3-4 or proven experience in a similar environment;
- A passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with a pride in its delivery to the plate;
- The ability to lead a section and chefs in ensuring food is prepped and ready for service – great timekeeping and organizational skills are key;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team.
