Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our team at Invictus Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion.

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support in design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases of the project.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for savings while maintaining quality.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry guidelines.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project status, progress, and any potential issues, and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Problem Solving: Address technical challenges as they arise, providing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and construction processes.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
