Ortus PSR is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our elite wealth management team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earnings by bringing existing clients into our firm, with a competitive revenue-sharing model designed to reward success.
Key Responsibilities:- Transition an existing client base to our firm and manage those relationships with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Provide tailored financial advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their long-term financial goals are met.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance client service delivery, ensuring suitability reports and research are completed within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration into our services.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible advice and solutions to clients.
- Grow the client base through referrals, networking, and leveraging our strong industry reputation.
- Employed role with top-tier compensation: a competitive salary of up to £250,000, supplemented by a performance-driven bonus structure.
- 1.5x revenue payout: financial planners who transition their clients to our firm will receive 1.5 times the revenue generated, paid out over three years.
