Digital Marketing Specialist

Reed is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in West Norfolk. As an Advertising & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for optimising online product sales performance, maximising product visibility, and ensuring efficiency of online advertising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing strategies to enhance advertising performance and increase sales volume and awareness in the online market
- Maintaining effective communication with external partners and internal teams to optimise spend and campaign activity, utilising data and dashboards, reports, and meeting discussions
- Achieving year-on-year growth using competitive analysis, new technologies, and customer insights to optimise the advertising approach
- Planning advertising spend, focusing on ROI and profitability, including key products within the ranges
- Working with the Amazon team to support strategic tactical marketing opportunities and seasonal demands
- Analysis of metrics, reporting to the Advertising Manager and stakeholders for monthly advertising performance, identifying key opportunities, and continuous improvement ideas
- Aligning campaigns, stock availability, keyword, and promotional activity, building strong working relationships across the business
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the Amazon online platforms and advertising routes, including all functionality and emerging trends & features
Requirements:
- Existing experience within Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Amazon Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and reporting, able to analyse complex data and understand trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent relationship management & communication, internal and external
- Proactive hardworking nature
- Strategic thinking and ability to create new ideas and initiatives
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willing to learn and develop
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- An understanding of the Amazon vendor model would be highly desirable
- An understanding/experience using Helium 10 for keyword and market analysis would be desirable but not essential
- Ability to develop and implement advertising and visibility strategies
Package:
- Salary between £26,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
