Job Title: Front Wheel CNC Operator

Location: Lutterworth

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Overview: Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our alloy wheel repair team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to refurbish alloy wheels. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform milling alloy wheel refurbishment.
• Create programs to facilitate cutting of wheels.
• Load machines and monitor the production process.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Familiarity with tooling and measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
