Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Training Administrator to support our public sector client based in Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, recruitment, event organisation, and developing the centre.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Send out publicity and advertisements for studentships
  2. Be the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries
  3. Receive and process student applications
  4. Provide administrative support for all training courses
  5. Ensure timely distribution and return of coursework and project reports
  6. Maintain accurate files and records of progression
  7. Organise meetings and appointments for the Directors' team
  8. Provide reception duties

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
  • Proven track record in general administration, preferably with teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective diary management skills for senior personnel

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,505 - £36,924, depending on experience.
