Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients at police stations
  • Advocate for clients in criminal proceedings, including trials and bail hearings
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, and other parties
  • Collate and review documentation and evidence
  • Obtain medical and accountancy evidence when required
  • Litigate cases and conduct advocacy
  • Negotiate with prosecutors on behalf of clients
  • Manage a caseload efficiently

Essential Skills:
