Job Description:
Schools in Buckinghamshire require a Learning Mentor to work with a group of students who have become disconnected from their learning. As a Learning Mentor, you will provide guidance and support to help students reconnect with their learning. You will also collaborate with teaching staff to develop tailored plans to meet individual student needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a group of students experiencing social, emotional, and/or mental health difficulties
  • Provide guidance and support to help students reconnect with their learning
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop tailored plans to meet individual student needs

Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience working with students with social, emotional, and/or mental health difficulties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
