Motor Vehicle Technician Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As a reputable recruitment agency, we have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to work with a reputable car dealership in the Warrington area. The role involves working a 4-day on / 4-day off shift pattern, with a shift schedule as follows:

  • Week 1: Monday - Thursday
  • Week 2: Tuesday - Friday
  • Week 3: Wednesday - Saturday
  • Week 4: Thursday - Sunday
  • Week 5: Friday - Monday
  • Week 6: Saturday - Tuesday
  • Week 7: Sunday - Wednesday

Working hours on shift are 6am to 6pm, with breaks included. The work will involve PDI, multi-point checks, light service work, and minor repairs.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified to a C&G or NVQ level 3, but we will also consider candidates with a level 2 qualification or time-served experience with an excellent track record.

  • Fully qualified to a C&G or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Time-served experience with an excellent track record
  • A full UK driving licence (ideally clean)
  • Own tools (we will move them for you)
