About the Role

Your role is at the core of our mission's success within the Operations Management Centre (OMC). You'll be on the frontline, supporting our customers by scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers is pivotal. Additionally, you'll assist in driving business growth by generating more appointments for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, scheduling metering appointments, and gaining valuable insights into their concerns. These insights will be crucial for refining our services.
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and databases, providing valuable analysis to various stakeholders to aid in performance management reviews, ensuring we meet our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in the scheduling and planning of work activities, helping us efficiently serve our customers.

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills, especially in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in IT is a must. Ideally, you have expertise in enterprise software systems and customer interaction platforms.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support our customers along with familiarity with other customer communication channels, such as self-service and email, is a plus.
