About the Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer - Electrical & HVAC Bias to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for traveling to various sites across the UK, performing routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure all environmental conditions are maintained about critical building systems and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, and breakdown works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to sites across the UK, ensuring full compliance with Company procedures and regulations.
  • Perform routine PPM tasks, adhering to Site task schedules and asset lists.
  • Conduct reactive maintenance and repairs to all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including SI LOCAL entries.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent technical skills, particularly in electrical and mechanical maintenance. You should also have a good understanding of building services systems, maintenance schedules, and diagnostic procedures. Formal training in electrical or mechanical maintenance is highly desirable. Additionally, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid UK driving license is required for frequent site visits.

Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on experience.
