About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our IT Service Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our campus network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support campus network infrastructure
  • Guide and assist with network-related issues
  • Ensure operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance of campus network infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices at a low level
  • Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
  • Experience in working with low-level network protocols and technologies
  • Ability to perform basic network device configurations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills
What We Offer

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside architects and technical leads to serve as the main point of contact for the management and optimization of campus network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for providing expertise in Cisco SD-Access and Cisco wireless technologies, ensuring robust and scalable network solutions.
