About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Axon Moore. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and reconcile invoices and statements with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within a financial administration/Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger position.
  • AAT or working towards a similar qualification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, pension contributions, and on-site parking.
