We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Expert to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, with experience in areas such as pension transfers, investment products, and inheritance tax planning. They will be responsible for preparing financial planning solutions, suitability letters, and reports, and will work closely with our partners to deliver high-quality advice to clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, with a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare financial planning solutions, suitability letters, and reports
  • Work closely with partners to deliver high-quality advice to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • Chartered Financial Planner status (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
