Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant

AJ Chambers is an award-winning specialist recruitment and mergers & acquisitions business, focused across the Accountancy and Legal practice sectors, based in Rochford, Essex.

We are currently recruiting for an M&A Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Legal and Accountancy Practice sector.

Within this role, you would play a pivotal part of our growth and presence in the legal and accountancy market, working closely with our well-established recruitment teams, and excellent client network.

The role would have full autonomy to develop client relationships and identify suitable sale and acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience within mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial/Corporate lawyer transitioning to a deal-making role
  • Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Business Protection background
  • Corporate Finance experience or starting out in your CF career with 1-3 years experience
