ESOL Lecturer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESOL Lecturer to join our team at The Bedford College Group. As an ESOL Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of various levels and backgrounds.

• Design and deliver engaging ESOL lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methods and materials to promote student learning and progress.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and success.

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or English Language Teaching.
• Proven experience in teaching ESOL to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in ESOL teaching.
