Main Responsibilities

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing high-quality care and support to people in a Neurological setting, while supporting your team and colleagues and promoting good teamwork. You will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and the delivery of clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit are performing well.

This will involve delegating nursing tasks, monitoring service users' conditions, supervising the team, and making critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation. You will also act as a liaison between the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Person Specification
