Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dawsongroup Plc.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact on the company's growth and success, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to think on their feet, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
- Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
- Managing accounts to achieve growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential customers to showcase our products and services
- Maintaining high levels of van utilisation and identifying potential markets within the area
- Achieving sales revenue targets as set by the company
You will work closely with our existing network of customers to develop and maintain value-added relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand to drive business growth.

- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot sales opportunities and negotiate effectively
- High organisation skills and adaptability to change, with the ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks

- Exceptional planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
