Connect2Hampshire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to fill the role of Independent Review Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting high standards in review processes for children in care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out statutory reviews for children in care, with a focus on promoting their rights and needs.
- Work closely with Children's Services colleagues and partner agencies to develop and implement effective review processes.
- Ensure a sound knowledge of Care Planning and Reviewing regulations, as well as the IRO handbook.
- Attend 'Child Looked After' (CLA) reviews across Hampshire.
