We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Administer medication as required
* Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
* Promote customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full
**Your Experience and Suitability**
We are looking for someone who is naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. You will have a genuine interest in caring for others and be able to work as part of a team. You must have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. You will also need to be available to work every other weekend.
**Why Work for Us?**
We offer a competitive rate of pay, £12.50 per hour, increasing to £18.75 per hour on bank holidays. You will also receive 45p mileage allowance, travel time at £12.00 per hour, and 28 days holiday pro rata.
