Care Companion for Children with Complex Needs

At Harmony Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex health needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that prioritise the well-being and independence of our clients.
We are currently seeking a skilled Care Companion to join our team in supporting a child with a tracheostomy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the client with their daily needs, including school days, while promoting their independence and dignity.
To be successful in this role, you will require recent hands-on experience in complex care, preferably in a community and school environment. Your ability to provide person-centred care, alongside your strong communication skills, will enable you to build trust with the client and their family.
As a driver, you will have the opportunity to transport the client to various locations, including school and appointments, making your driving skills an essential asset to this position.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including:
