Healthcare Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technician to join our team at EMS Healthcare. As a key member of our Clinical Operations Team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance in the management of IMPs, sample processing, and waste disposal.
  • Collaborate with our teams to ensure efficient delivery of clinical research projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on clinical and regulatory procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of clinical and research activities.

Requirements:

  • Training in Blood handling at category 2a and Dangerous Goods Shipping is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a clinical trial setting or clinical research environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with IMP management and sample processing is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and SOPs.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in documenting clinical and research activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of GCP guidelines and experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, participants, and regulatory personnel.
  • Hold a full and clean drivers' licence.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
