Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Technician to join our team at EMS Healthcare. As a key member of our Clinical Operations Team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of clinical research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance in the management of IMPs, sample processing, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure efficient delivery of clinical research projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trial protocols.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on clinical and regulatory procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of clinical and research activities.
Requirements:
- Training in Blood handling at category 2a and Dangerous Goods Shipping is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical trial setting or clinical research environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with IMP management and sample processing is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and SOPs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in documenting clinical and research activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Knowledge of GCP guidelines and experience working within a regulated environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, participants, and regulatory personnel.
- Hold a full and clean drivers' licence.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
