Job Title: Buffet Chef

At Swift Resources Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Buffet Chef to join our team at St Audries Park, a premier wedding venue in Somerset. As a Buffet Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present wedding buffet food to the highest standards
  • Manage a specific kitchen station, ensuring all food containers and deliveries are in order
  • Cook a specific portion of the buffet, adhering to our quality and presentation guidelines
  • Assist with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods to meet our high standards
  • Clean the kitchen thoroughly before the end of your shift
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to our health and hygiene protocols
  • Wrap and store unused items properly at the end of your shift
  • Plate food creatively to maximize customer enjoyment
  • Produce food of impeccable standard, meeting our reputation as Britain's Premier Wedding Venue
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, ensure that the same high standard of catering is achieved
  • Maintain food standards and quality procedures set out in our food manual
  • Ensure all health and hygiene standards are met, with documentation as required
  • Hold up-to-date first aid training or be willing to take the necessary training
Job Type:

Casual, part-time - 6pm-11pm
