Care Assistant Role at Cera Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Redditch. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Managing medications and cooking or preparing hot meals
  • Helping with domestic tasks and providing companionship and reassurance

**Requirements:**

  • Good general availability, including every other weekend off
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • No prior experience necessary, but a people person with a kind heart is essential

**Benefits:**

  • Guaranteed hours up to 24 hours per week
