At GSK, we are seeking a highly skilled DMPK Project Specialist Director to join our global organization. This role will be responsible for providing DMPK input into project strategy and data interpretation for primarily small molecule development stage projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacokinetics, biotransformation, and drug-drug interaction assessment. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide DMPK input into project strategy and data interpretation for primarily small molecule development stage projects.
  • Manage project resources and budgets effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Implement best practices and share insights across the Development DMPK Specialists group.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality DMPK contributions to regulatory documents.

Requirements
  • MSc or BSc Degree with 10+ years in a field relevant to DMPK.
  • PhD with 7+ years in a field relevant to DMPK.
  • Experience in small molecule drug development, biotransformation, and drug-drug interaction assessment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
