Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with students
  • Good understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
