Fulton Hogan Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of heavy civil/structures projects, ensuring we achieve and exceed all targets, including safety standards, quality standards, budgets, programme and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction plans and documentation
- Manage and coordinate construction teams and sub-contractors
- Plan and execute the execution of works and develop construction methodology
- Provide regular progress and performance reports to the engineering manager
- Maintain a safe and tidy site, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Undertake regular inspections to ensure project objectives are met
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of post-graduate experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects
- Strong programme management and continuous improvement skills
- Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
