Senior Paid Search Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Executive to join our Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search strategies that drive growth in digital subscriptions and app installs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute paid search campaigns on Google App Ads and Apple Search Ads to drive growth in app installs and subscriptions.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise paid search campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Work closely with the broader Customer Marketing team to ensure that paid search strategies are integrated with wider marketing efforts.
- Design and implement A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by sharing insights and best practices across the team.
- Oversee paid search budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search, mobile marketing, and subscription models.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics, and subscription growth.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google App Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving growth in app installs.
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in optimising campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for testing new ideas and strategies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing campaigns, budgets, and reports.
