About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Belong Chester. As a Care Companion, you will work closely with our residents to provide personalized care and support, promoting their dignity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Engage in activities and conversations with residents to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition or behavior.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion and empathy for older adults.
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices.
