They will also possess strong facilitation and coaching skills to support stakeholders in delivering change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Provide change management subject matter expertise to support stakeholders in delivering change management activities.
  • Collaborate with delivery resources to ensure change management activities are well-planned, communicated, and executed.
  • Facilitate and support the development of comprehensive change plans at programme and project level to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering effective and efficient change.
  • Significant expertise in designing and implementing best-practice change management principles.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support stakeholders in delivering change management activities.
  • Experience operating in a product-driven and outcome-based organization.
