Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring each receives tailored consultancy services.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide optimal solutions.
  • Achieve and maintain utilisation targets, ensuring that a significant portion of your time is chargeable to customers.
  • Lead and participate in software implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a consultancy role, preferably with a focus on HR software implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR legacy systems and the challenges associated with their integration and maintenance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
