Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:

Capture HealthCare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Neurological Rehabilitation setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive timely, appropriate, and effective occupational therapy treatment and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use advanced clinical reasoning skills, knowledge of evidence-based practice, current NICE guidelines, and clinical expertise to determine appropriate rehabilitation programs and discharge/continuing care plans.
• Assess and monitor clients effectively to progress them through their rehabilitation, providing optimal chances of recovery and retrieval of physical and cognitive function.
• Act as a key worker for clients in the Care and Rehabilitation Centre, coordinating a safe, smooth, and timely discharge, liaising with all personnel as appropriate.
• Offer a wide range of occupational therapy interventions and approaches to clients, demonstrating knowledge and skills in the delivery of FES, splinting, complex posture and seating requirements, and upper limb management.

Requirements:
