The successful candidate will have the ability to undertake and pass Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) training as required for the role. A qualification at Level 2 or in Health and Social Care or other relevant subject is essential. The role requires Enhanced DBS and the post holder must be able to work legally in the UK.

As a Healthcare Assistant Professional, you will provide physical and psychological care to service users in accordance with the specified plan of clinical care. You will carry out duties as designated by the person in charge and accurately record patient/service user information. In addition to this, you will provide support to relatives/carers.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,907 per annum, plus benefits. Our trust aims to deliver seamless care across the region, ensuring that patients receive the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
