About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional to join our Homes & Money Finance team. In this role, you will be uniquely positioned to drive optimised commercial and financial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to develop relationships with stakeholders and provide value-creating financial insight.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a Financial Services business and be able to confidently present data in a meaningful and effective way.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work in partnership to deliver the strategic objectives of the Home Financing business, the Money business, and Group enabling functions.
  2. Closely monitor financial performance and link it to commercial activities across the business.
  3. Develop relationships with stakeholders and provide robust challenge and financial risk assessment to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Utilise financial expertise to drive commercial performance through accurate insights and advice.

Requirements
  1. Demonstrable experience in finance business partnering.
  2. A strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a Financial Services business.
  3. A proven track record of providing value-creating financial insight.
  4. The ability to confidently present data in a meaningful and effective way.
