About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Haleon's Quality team as a Compliance Learning Technology Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our learning technology systems, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations, and providing expert guidance on learning technology governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our learning technology systems, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective collaboration and community with cross-functional teams regarding compliance usage of the learning management system.
  • Assess and advise on training needs and requirements to design and maintain curricula and training matrices for Quality Support Functions.
  • Provide audit coverage expertise and advice for all reporting and data management activities for internal and external audits.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in systems data management for GLMS, including interfacing activities with other quality systems.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential

  • Degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience as a GxP training admin in the GLMS (TC1 or TC2 or equivalent).
  • Experience in eLearning development and knowledge of adult learning principles.

Preferred

  • GxP and/or regulatory training knowledge.
  • eCompliance and system validation/qualification experience.
  • Technical data management and database architecture experience.
  • Broad technical and GLMS problem-solving experience.
  • Experience collaborating with global stakeholders, SMEs, Project Managers, and other functions.
