Senior Data Processor

As a Senior Data Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data processed by our offshore team. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to team members, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with the MAI Client Deliverables team to ensure successful campaign completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervision and guidance to offshore data processing team members
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Collaborate with the MAI Client Deliverables team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution
- Identify and recommend software improvements and new ways of working
- Seek out and address training requirements for team members
- Bachelor's degree in Earth Science or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an offshore setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
