Job Overview

We are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Warburtons Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery equipment.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical, mechanical, and control systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct planned and preventative maintenance activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
  • Equipment reliability improvement through predictive maintenance
  • Root cause analysis and resolution of equipment failures
  • Development of maintenance plans and schedules

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled engineer with electrically biased background
  • Understanding of PLC (ideally Allen Bradley) and control systems
  • Experience of maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • H&S knowledge e.g. IOSH, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:
