About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Management Professional to join our construction team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our consult and construct business, you will play a crucial role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects. With a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management, you will be responsible for the commercial management of work packages, collaborating with package managers and reporting into the project commercial lead.

Your responsibilities will include providing risk and opportunity reporting mechanisms, mitigating risks and protecting work packages and project margins through cost control systems. You will also advocate Mace's value of safety first, leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and project compliance standards. Your technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the engineering sector.
