Housing Officer Role

Our client, an organisation based in Northamptonshire, is seeking a Housing Officer to join their team. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement. You will also support the delivery of an effective income collection service, deal with elements of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), and undertake an effective lettings service where needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement
  2. Support the delivery of an effective income collection service
  3. Deal with elements of ASB
  4. Undertake an effective lettings service where needed
  5. Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service
  6. Ensure neighbourhoods are safe and clean
  7. Deliver an effective end-to-end investigation and resolution service for customers experiencing anti-social behaviour in their homes
  8. Ensure all activities are within budgetary constraints, including estate services expenditure
Requirements:
  1. Experience within a Tenancy Management focused role
  2. Able to undertake a DBS check (or have an up to date one)
  3. Access to a vehicle with business insurance
