About the Role
The Retail Leaders Apprenticeship is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within the retail industry. This programme combines on-the-job experience with academic learning to develop skills in various departments, including Food, Clothing, and Home.
As a Retail Leaders Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across different departments, rotate through various roles, and develop strong functional literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent).
You will also have the opportunity to complete Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications alongside the apprenticeship if needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Gain practical experience in multiple departments
